Dear Mike, As you likely know, my project was finished today--two days ahead of schedule! Mike, I can't say enough about your entire team, their professionalism, their skill and the obvious pride they take in their work. All your subs are also outstanding. It's clear to me you've built a business and a culture that produces quality results for your customers. Erin was very patient in guiding me through the many decisions I needed to make, and I hate shopping. Her knowledge and design skill were key in helping me visualize how different elements did or didn't work, and her style inspired confidence in someone who has none about such aesthetic matters. Erin was unfailingly responsive when inevitable questions arose, which was important to me. Luke was terrific in keeping the project moving ahead, a real master at scheduling several moving parts. It's clear to me he plays a central role in execution of the results you and your customers want. And Jason and Joseph were simply wonderful. I fully believe they delivered the same quality craftsmanship as they would in their own homes. They also exemplified the "plus" part of your company, attending to details that I asked about during the project, and even offering some of their own. Knowledge and skill are vital but so is communication. The quality of communication by everyone concerned was stellar, not just with me but among each other and including the subcontractors. Knowing you have several projects going concurrently makes this day-to-day performance even more impressive. Finally, Mike, your entire staff are joys to be around. They're not simply pleasant but are just really good people. That's always reassuring when you're turning over your house to someone. To a person, I enjoyed the time they were here. Thank you so much for the surprise gift of cutlery, which will be well-used in my new kitchen. With the Kitchen Concepts name, it will be a source of fond memories. Congratulations on assembling such an accomplished team and leading them to serve customers in such spectacular fashion. That doesn't happen by accident, I know; that has to come from the top. They are creative, patient and give attention to the details that make a space both functional and beautiful! They even returned to our home to make some minor adjustments and ensure we were pleased with our kitchen a year later....fabulous customer service!
